No. We sell exactly one billing cycle: a $99.99 annual subscription. Billing once a year keeps the price low and removes a monthly invoice from your admin, and you get the full platform for 30 days before paying anything at all.

Every feature, for 30 days, with no limits and no credit card — the identical system a paying clinic runs on. When the trial ends you choose whether to subscribe or export your data for free. Nothing is charged automatically.

There are no extra fees at all. The advertised price is what you pay: unlimited doctors, patients, branches, and staff accounts, and every feature we ship later lands on your plan at no additional cost. No setup fees, no training fees, no data export fees.

Subscription Settings gives you two separate actions. "Cancel at End of Period" keeps your access until the year you paid for runs out. "Request a Refund for Unused Time" quotes the pro-rata value of your remaining days before you confirm, then ends access as soon as it is issued, with the money reaching your card in 5–10 business days. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed in the store.

Platform subscriptions are charged in US dollars in every country, so the price is the same wherever your clinic is and does not move with local market rates. The invoices you issue to your own patients are separate — those are produced in your local currency with your country's VAT applied.
